After a forced absence of two years, the University of Debrecen will once again organize its traditional course, the summer university, in attendance form between July 18 and August 12 – the organizers announced at a press conference on Monday.
The Campus Sports Festival will be organized this year with the participation of thousands of athletes in three sports, which will once again mobilize the country’s higher education institutions. The goal is to promote sports, regular exercise, and a healthy lifestyle in connection with the Campus Festival.
The Faculty of Informatics of the University of Debrecen organized a Data Science Summer Camp and a Data Science Summer School for high school and university students. Young people can hear lectures on the latest developments in data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, e-sports, and digital arts between July 13 and 19.
The eight pilots – Jordanian, Kazakh, Kenyan, Hungarian, Mongolian, Turkish, and Ukrainian – who were the first in the history of the institution and the faculty to graduate after completing the “Professional pilot” training, received their diplomas at the ceremony of the Faculty of Technology of the University of Debrecen.

85 graduates of the Faculty of Health of the University of Debrecen, certified nurses, certified health social workers, ambulance officers, midwives, and wards, received their diplomas on Friday at the graduation ceremony held at the main building of the University of Debrecen.
