It is apparent from the new higher education development plan that the government would nationalize university canteens, buffets, dormitories and sport fields.
The system of these facilities would be called „National Student Services System”, and it would be created in 1-2 years on the basis of a similar German model. The plan’s feasibility is being discussed now- reported the National Development Ministry.
