Field Target National Championships
Debrecen hosted the Field Target National Championships in mid June 2010. The best Hungarian shooters competed with and against German, Italian, English, Polish, and Bulgarian shooters. It was a World Cup test event.
DVSC is the champion
A defeat never been so happy than on 23 of May. Though the DVSC lost its last match in Kecskemet won the Hungarian Football Championship.
Football fans brawl after the match
After the fans left the stadium (on 7th of May) a fight broke out in the parking area of the Fonix Hall. No injuries reported.
23. Kendo European Championship in Debrecen
35 countries will represent in singles and team competitions with approximately 600 participants in the F?nix Hall between 9 and 11th of April. There will be concerts, anime films and other Japanese cultural events as well.
Janos Kepiro and Mihaly Kozma awarded
The extraordinary general assembly of the Hungarian Football Association was held in the training centre Telki. They handed over awards also.
Cuban chess strategy
A cuban grandmaster will take part in the local Chess Tournament. The Debrecen Chess Club organizes an open international tournament between 12-15 of March in Gabor Denes High School.
Rhytmic Gymnastic World Cup In Debrecen
Yesterday was the hungarian team`s first training in Fonix Hall. The national team have started to train for this year`s Rhytmic Gymnastic World Cup in October.

Kozma released
The Hungarian Football Association released Mihály Kozma, the head coach of the Hungarian Futsal team, from his post because of the unsuccesful participation in the European Futsal Championship
