Two cars collided on the main road 4 between Debrecen and Pallag on Monday afternoon.
Police went to the scene after the report and used an alcohol probe against the drivers, which was positive for one of them. During the measure, it was also revealed that in April 2021, the Debrecen Police Headquarters revoked the man’s license due to a suspected offense of driving while intoxicated.
Police arrested and detained the 54-year-old local resident, prosecuted him for suspected driving while intoxicated, and initiated infringement proceedings for driving without a license.
