The police caught seven people and took another fourteen to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County yesterday.
Seven perpetrators were caught in the act of committing crimes and three people were taken to police stations as suspects.
There were three traffic accidents, from which one was fatal and two resulted in minor injuries.
A 30 year old man was caught stealing a tablet computer in a supermarket in Debrecen. After the security guards called the police, the local resident was taken to the Debrecen police station where a procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of theft.
