Until mid-December, in Hungary, 37 people died of hypothermia – reported Magyar Szociális Fórum (MSZF).
“Deaths due to cold have been increasing compared to last year. Two thirds of the victims died in their unheated home and during transport to hospital or after delivery. The others lost their lives outdoors” – they added.
