The reconstruction of the Szoboszlói Road traffic junction in Debrecen is set to begin, aiming to improve traffic conditions, reduce congestion, and enhance access to the city’s economic zones, announced the Deputy State Secretary responsible for road and railway construction at the Ministry of Construction and Transport (ÉKM) during a press conference on-site Thursday.

If the city council approves it at next week’s meeting, dogs will be able to travel for free on public transport in Debrecen starting in April. DKV Debreceni Közlekedési Zrt. has made it possible for all dogs to travel for free on the company’s buses, trolleybuses, and trams starting from April 1, 2025.
