The Traffic Police Department of the Debrecen Police Department conducted a procedure against a local resident due to the well-founded suspicion of committing a misdemeanor while driving while intoxicated.
According to the investigation data, the suspect was driving on road 4902 towards Hajdúsámson on November 26, 2022, at around 5 pm. The driver crossed into the opposite traffic lane and collided with a tractor with his vehicle. The police used a breathalyzer on him at the scene, which showed a positive value, so he was produced. The man confessed.
The Debrecen police carried out the necessary procedural actions and sent the resulting documents to the competent prosecutor’s office.
