Charges were brought against a 32-year-old local man who masturbated near Békás Lake.
A woman called the police on 21 February 2018 that an unknown man followed her and masturbated, while she was walking near Békás Lake.
The police went to the scene within minutes and took the man to the Debrecen police station. A procedure was initiated against the 32-year-old Attila O. on reasonable suspicion of indecent exposure.
As the investigation was finished, the Debrecen prosecution office have brought charges against the perpetrator.
