Due to the flu epidemic in Hungary, from 9th February, there is a partial visit ban at the Clinics in Debrecen.Restrictions affect the Pediatric Clinic, the transplant, the oncohaematology, the obstetric and the intensive care units.
Ervin Berényi, head of the University Clinic Centre of Debrecen, ordered the partial visit ban because of the growing number of ill people who are struggling with flu symptoms.
The ban is valid until withdrawal. Management of the institution asks for the patience and understanding of the patients’ relatives.
