A brain dead woman gave birth in Debrecen with the help of the doctors of the Medial and Health Science Centre.
The pregnant woman was brain dead for more than three month, so the doctors applied a caesarean section on her to save her baby’s life.
After this unprecedented case, five organs of the woman were given to four patients who were waiting for transplant surgery.
