The man from Mikepercs who killed one of his employees with a hay-fork in 2008 was sentenced to 12 years in penitentiary on February 10.
At first instance the 63 year-old man was sentenced to imprisonment for a similar period of time by the Hajdú-Bihar County Court but the Debrecen Tribunal aggravated the sentence to 12 years in penitentiary. The accused was found guilty in committing murder with particular cruelty.
