Hungarian industrial production increased by an annual 1.9% in February, according to a first reading of data by the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
Working-day adjusted data show production increased by an annual 3.9%, while seasonally and working-day adjusted output edged up 4.8% month on month. The growth was driven by most manufacturing sectors, with special regard to computers, electronics, optical products, while vehicle making, food, beverage and tobacco production was slightly down, KSH said.
