Another smart zebra crossing was inaugurated in Debrecen.
Smart zebra crossing is a solar powered intelligent traffic instruction system concept, which is designed to inform and instruct people to obey the traffic rule. The system could monitor, capture the movement of both vehicles and pedestrians and then interact with people by changing the color of LED screen on the zebra line. The system is powered by solar energy.
The new zebra crossing is at the junction of Nagyerdei Körút and Csanak József Utca.
The smart zebra crossing cost 2 million Forints.
