A man kicked three trashcans near the Frogs’ Pond.
A security guard called the police on 27 August 2016 that an unknown man was kicking trashcans near the Frogs’ Pond. After the call the police went to the crime scene and took the 19-year-old local man to the police station.
A procedure was initiated against the man on reasonable suspicion of truculence.
