According to folk traditions, if there is sunny weather on 2 February, the bear sees its shadow and goes back to its cave, which means that winter will be long.
Fruits, chocolate and chicken were served for the bear of Tibet of the Debrecen Zoo. The weatherbear ate all the dainties and went back to its cage with which he predicted a long winter.
